Tulle Circles
Scrapbooking tool question -?
I need to cut tulle into 4 different sized circles. I’ve seen people using them for scrapbooking. Can you tell me what brand/tool would do this for me on the cheap without buying all thoses fancy cutters. Looking at spending less than 25. Any help would be awesome! Thanks
ThANKS everyone – I decided to buy a sizzix and it cuts tulle like a champ. Love it.
You are not saying what size circles. A die cut machine would be too much money. Tulle is much harder to cut than paper or even fabric. I don’t think punches would work on tulle. A rotary cutter would be best for this project.
