Table Runner
Where can I find how to make beaded table runner?
I was at horchow website and they have this most beautiful table runner. I put “beaded” in their search and found it. I would love to have that but would more so love to make it than buy it.
I saw those too and they are beautiful! I’m like you and would love to learn how to make one of those Horchow runners. And, if I learn how in time, have the patience and money, I’d like to try to make one for a Christmas gift with a snowflake pattern. Fun :0)!
I searched on the web and found it was difficult to get information on this lovely art, however did find some info that might be helpful.
The first source mentioned gluing beads on fabric which doesn’t sound too difficult but might not give you the look you are after.
I finally went to Amazon.com and looked up books on beaded embroidery. There were several books but the three listed below seemed the most helpful:
