keep them around for a couple more days. when they begin to droop just a little bit. remove them from the water immediately and tie them together at the bottom of the stems (a rubber band will work as well) hang them upside down in a dark dry place ( i usually do it in my closet) in about a week. they will be dry and ready to be kept forever. you can even stick them back in a dry vase for display. also, if you want you can spray them with a spray glaze to make them shiny.
