Is it ok to wear above the knee dress to a semi-formal wedding./ ?
I am invited to a semi-formal evening weding in New York City. I bought a over one shoulder above the knees dress. Its organza/silk, black little dress.I was wondering is it fine to wear such a dress and does my hair must be put up since it’s over a shoulder dress?also is it ok to wear my long hair down or should it be up? how about jewelry .?

yes- dress is appropriate…. yes- hair up in a low bun-esque do…and earrings and a bracelet- no neckalce cause its an asymmetrical dress…. have fun!
