Where do you buy cellophane wrap or Japanese paper for Polvoron?
I want to make polvoron and I don’t know where to buy those colorful cellophane wraps to package them. These wraps are also used for yema and pastillas and other Filipino goodies. I also don’t know where to buy Japanese paper. [Btw, there's no walmart here.] Thank you 
both were used in Christmas lanterns (parol) … you could buy those in variety shops and in office and school supplies.
