With the theme, I’d have the ceremony by a lake – if possible in a white Gazebo and I’d rent a few swans if they weren’t there already.

Use music from Swan Lake for the ceremony.

Consider having the bridesmaids wear ballet costumes instead of bridesmaids gowns or put them in dresses that fall just below the knee and have a white tulle petticoat show beneath with satin ballet shoes with satin ribbons.

For the dessert, have the restaurant make swans in puff pastry filled with flavored whipped creme and make a heart shaped cookie with each guest’s name on it to use as a place card/favor.

There are pedal boats made in the shape of a swan which many cities own or you can buy them – it would be cute for you to arrive at the wedding ceremony in one!
