Crystal Cake
Does anybody have a cake recipe?
I dont have a ton of ingredients, just the basics and a few random things.
Flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, eggs, baking powder, ALL the spices you can think of, milk, peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, flavored cream cheese, jello, crystal light, flan, corn meal, syrup, chocolate, and apple cinnamon pancake mix.
If theres any yummy cake recipes i could use, that would be great.
I would also really appreciate an icing recipe.

an easy sponge cake recipe
Victoria Sponge Cake
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup of soft butter.
2 large farm fresh eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 400 F. Trace around your cake pan. . .and cut out parchment paper to line the bottom. The recipe called for an 8 inch pan. . .I used a 6.
Sift the flour and baking powder .In your mixer bowl, cream the butter. . .and then add the sugar and whip till light.
Add the eggs. . .one at a time. . .until each egg is completely beaten in.
Add 1/3 of the flour. . and then 1/3 milk. .until both are added in .. .and then the vanilla.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake the cake . ..for 20 minutes. . and then test.
