Crystal Butterfly
So, what do you do in this situation?
It’s my boyfriend and I’s 2 year anniversary today. We’ve already exchanged gifts and he loved his. He got me 2 things…#1) some earrings that I loved and….#2) This little pink crystal butterfly pendant on a brown string. (the brown string is how it came…weird) Anyways…I don’t really like the necklace and I think he could see that when I opened it but it was really awkward and I didn’t want to say anything right then. He did say “We can exchange it for something else if you prefer” but I didn’t say yes or no. What should I do in this situation? Thanks!
I don’t want to just bury it in the jewellery box after wearing it a few times to show him…it cost too much to do that.
Go together and change it. You can then educate him about what jewellery that you like so that he doesn’t make the same mistake next year.
