Chrome Bottle
sand blasting gun?
Hi I was just wondering which sandblasting gun they sell on eBay is good the ones that are gravity feed or the ones that you put the bottle on the bottom. I already have a 20 gallon air compressor that has 3hp and just wanted to buy a sandblasting gun. I will be using it to bead blast the tailpipes of my 74 vette I believe it is polished aluminum or chrome and they are very scratched up so I want to sand it down and bead blast it. thanks
3hp is not a lot of CFMs to run a sand blaster gun. My industrial 5hp can barely keep up. So, be prepared to run out of air a LOT. Since you’re already short of CFMs, I’d choose the gravity feed.
