Benefits of Dark Chocolate For Disease Stroke – Chocolate is far more famous as a mood generator was also believed to protect the body from a stroke. Although the two scientific studies say the benefits of chocolate for heart, but the experts do not want to rush to recommend chocolate as a healthy food. After all, chocolate is included in the source of saturated fat can raise cholesterol.
