ship using UPS. Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days.
Larger sample orders (for instance, if you want to stock up on
samples) can take a bit longer - up to two weeks
for processing. Remember - please allow 1-2 business days for
processing your order, in addition to the time required for
shipping.
For personalized items, please allow 3-5 business days for
processing.

Please provide a
physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can
not deliver to a PO Box.
Once your order
ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later
than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number
and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone,
or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel
free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away,
sell, or rent your personal information including your email address
to anyone. Our

International
Customers
Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged
an additional freight charge. Shipments going to Canada will be
charged an additional charge added to the ground shipping. The
additional charges maybe required for customer to pay after sale is
made. If customer doesn't want to pay additional charges the
order will be cancelled and money fully refunded. At this
time, we cannot ship to any other countries.
