Card Wedding
People who came to our wedding reception and didn’t give a wedding card?
Just a question, would you be offended if you got married, had a wedding reception and some family members didn’t even give you a wedding card of congradualations? Some of these famiy members do work, they could afford a congradualations card never mind a gift. Although, they can afford a gift too? I am offended. It was my family not my husbands family.
no card even? ya I would be. I wouldn’t care about the gifts. I’m not getting married for the gifts. But it’s horribly rude to not even get a generic card for $1 and sign your names. How pathetic!
On the other hand, ettiquette says you have up to a year to buy a gift for the bride and groom. Maybe some are just waiting. Still, if I didn’t bring someone a gift immediately, I’d at LEAST bring a flippin card.
But you can’t really say anything about it without looking greedy so just let it slide.:D
